Portrait of Mustachioed Man This handsome, finely detailed etching by H. Ehehalt dates from 1919. The man's head is finely modeled and is strongly evocative of the fashionable "look" of Berlin between the wars. Ehehalt was trained as an engraver and fine metal worker, but became best known as a sculptor and medallionist in the early decades of the century. His works have been collected by museums across Germany, including Bremen and Wisbaden, and his public monuments can be found in Karlsdorf, Ottenheim and other cities.
