Nudes at the Bath One of Germany's few sculptors who continued working in a classicized Art Deco mode shortly after the end of World War II, Fritz Nuss sculpted an array of high quality bronze trays and bowls featuring stylized nudes. Nuss sculpted the bronze doors for the Stuttgart Liederhalle, and became well known as a medallist, some examples influenced by Paul Klee. This fine bronze tray, showing a trio of nude women lingering at the bath, is beautifully sculpted and cast, and is signed and dated 1946. To Order: Click on the "Add to Cart" button above.
